Pastor Loyd Warren has faithfully served Victory Baptist Church since 1996 as Youth Pastor and Assistant Pastor. He became Pastor of Victory Baptist Church in 2020.  Bro. Loyd and his wife Emily, have unselfishly given of themselves to love and serve the people of Victory.  Bro. Loyd preaches the Word of God with knowledge, power, and love.
